Developed and operated a non-profit store-front (the studio of lake wales) located at 208 e. Stuart avenue in downtown lake wales that provided mentoring services, office space, and technical tools and internet access to start-up small businesses, local entrepreneurs and minority and women- owned enterprises.

Successfully worked with multiple regional non-profits in polk co, hardee co. And highlands co. To promote entrepreneurship and small business development. Key partners were south florida state college, hardee county economic development council, lake wales chamber of commerce, and lake wales main street.

Successfully developed a plan to develop with south florida state college in avon park florida, a culinary incubator to be based on their campus. The plan was unanimously approved by their board.
