Fire fuel mitigation activities including being an intermediary and administrator for federal and Arizona fuel mitigation grants and community recipients. More than 100 properties were mitigated during the year.

Participate in community education events, including Earth Day exp (500 participants), Yavapai County Home and Garden Show (15,000 in attendance with more than 250 direct encounters) and Firewise Preparedness Days throughout the County (500 direct encounters).

Facilitated 10 meetings per year for stakeholders and the public to communicate with each other and provide information about the current fire dangers, learn about weather and fire impacts, and exchange information on various fire related topics.
