The Empowered Heart Inc., is a nonprofit educational organization, whose mission is to educate people, especially women, about strategies, tools, and techniques for self-defense, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, and empowering them to make a positive impact in their communities. Self-defense for women and Empowered Heart Circles are programs that we offer to the community. Empowered Heart Circles are community gatherings for self-love, self-compassion, and self-care.

Activities include breathing through the heart meditation, releasing fear-based emotions and embracing love-based emotions through Dear Universe meditations and chi kung…

We offer Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Women Empowered Instruction at Certified Training Centers. Our Officers and volunteers are certified instructors of the Women Empowered Program. We connect women who want training with a Certified Training Center or with Gracie University. We sponsor women who want training and need financial assistance.
