Workforce Development

This year the Alliance continued its public partnerships with La Plata County, City of Durango and Towns of Bayfield and Ignacio as well as private partnerships with Fort Lewis College and businesses and industry across the region.

Housing

The Alliance provided administrative and program capacity for the Regional Housing Alliance of La Plata County (RHA) and through this partnership managed the Housing Catalyst Fund to provide key grants to six projects developing workforce housing. This fund and grants it disburses are expected to continue growing in 2025.

Membership

The Alliance supported its 100 investor members with economic data tracking, monthly investor member meetings, and its 17th Annual Summit, themed The New P3: People, Place, and Purpose for more than 400 business leaders, partners, and community members.
