Our mission at planned pethood international and intermountain humane is to provide excellent and affordable full-service veterinary care, as well as shelter and adoption services for companion animals in need, including spay/neuter services to help significantly reduce companion animal overpopulation; to train veterinarians in efficient spay/neuter and other surgical techniques; and to "think globally and act locally and help end economic euthanasia throughout the world.

In 2025 PPI Vet Clinic was still serving the community as normal with discounted surgeries, low-cost vaccine clinics, and pet adoptions:- We have done many small town spay and neuter clinics in lower-income areas. - We provided multiple complicated/advanced surgeries at an extra low cost sliding scale amount for families.

- We adopted over 200 animals to loving homes after being left behind or relinquished at our clinic in need of surgeries or illnesses that people could not afford to do themselves. - We collected food for the pet pantry as well as donated foods for the families and only charged them our cost to give them to dogs and cats.
