Through the Safe and Sound Program, we provide evidence based treatment interventions that bring a positive impact on symptoms associated with trauma.

Through our PolyVagal Training, we provide mental health support, psychological first aid, and teaching nervous system regulation skills for essential workers.

The Therapy Access Fund provides financial assistance when a client is unable to pay for the full amount of the cost of therapy, whether due to the loss of employment, loss of Medicaid or high deductible. Clients are asked to contribute what they can to the cost and the organization covers the rest of the cost.
