Provides the primary caregiver relief for a specified time period from the constant, continued care of a functionally impaired older person in the home enviroment.

A neighborhood based program which offers the opportunity for active adults to share their noon meal with others their age and to participate in the recreational activities, nutrition education, arts and crafts, and other social activities.
