To enter into leases of buildings on the land for preserving the long term eligibilty and accessibility for people of modest means: offered short- term, low-barrier, low cost rentals to six adults and three children who were in need of homes.

To preserve and protect the land and to create a human community that lives in harmony with each other: expanded the board of trustees to five to build a better organizational foundation through outreach and application.

In 2025 we continued our yoga and capoeira sessions and added to the compendium of flora and fauna with whom we share this land.
