Urban Teaching Network

Global surge has a vision to develop a network of leaders that will effectively support and encourage each other in the process of becoming indigenous leaders in the republic of the philippines. It is the network that will be the recipient of young students who have successfully completed the camp program.

Leadership Training Center

Global surge operates an urban center for the purpose of training leaders and developing curriculum to enhance the overall outreach of the organization. This center operates five days a week and provides ongoing training for 90-100 senior leaders and a core of volunteers that now exceeds 2,000.
