In 2024, next course cafeterias (formerly pataschool) served 307,932 fresh, chef-prepared meals across three partner schools serving predominantly low-income communities reaching 1,500 students daily and creating 19 living-wage jobs. Our team reimagined school cafeterias as engines of public health and student success.

The food fellowship is a year-round leadership and job training program for high school students, designed to prepare the next generation for careers in the food system while supporting their personal growth and community leadership.
