The organization provided funding and volunteer labor to operate the Upland Animal Shelter in partnership with the City of Upland. Volunteer labor was utilized to asist with the cleaning, training, evaluation, socialization, and adoption of homeless pets from the Upland Animal Sheleter to members of the public.

The organization operates a second hand thrift store called 2nd Chance Thrift Shop. The store receives donated and gently used goods from the community. All goods at the store are donated by the public, with a donation value of approximately 50% of the thrift stores revenue of the year.
