Training and Workforce Development

Empowers low-income communities with job training and placement that results in a 90% job placement rate, a 39% average wage increase, and a 57% wage increase among women. In 2025, the total number of persons served by the culinary training program was 88.

Supports low-income small food business entrepreneurs with technical training, capacity building, and access to the onsite shared kitchen space. In 2025, the total number of persons served by the small business incubator program was 21.

Provides our neighbors with healthy, nutritious meals designed to combat hunger and prevent and reduce obesity. In 2025, the total number of persons served by the food assistance program and the family meal program was 120 and 125, respectively, resulting in 245 total served.
