Chess Yoga provided chess instruction for At-Risk students led by Director Rico Adkins and Grandmaster Enrico Sevillano who is contracted and earns a stipend for providing high level chess instruction. The additional expenses include Chess Educational Software and chess books for instruction for students who cannot afford these resources.

Chess Yoga partnered with the NFL Foundation and HELP Consulting to promote racial equity among at-risk youth as a component of our respective summer and after-school programs.

Chess Yoga is still in the process of negotiating a partnership agreement with the Ethiopian Government to provide a Youth Chess Center however due to Covid-19 all travel to Ethiopia by U.S. citizens was banned in June 2020 therefore all travel to negotiate the partnership agreement for 2020 and 2021 was cancelled.
