Harbor hall foundation supported the operating efforts of harbor hall, inc. (a 501(c)3 organization). The foundation provided facilities which were rented by harbor hall, inc. And provided funds to operate an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and outpatient treatment program.
