Delinquency rate on outstanding loans remained at 0.00% and the VISA delinquency is now zero as of 12/31/24. The credit union had loan losses from VISA cards totalling $2,645 in 2024, while it recovered $4,800 from previously charged off loans, a net increase to reserves of $2,155.
