A meeting hall is rented to individuals and space is rented to the ymca for a child care center. All expenses in column c, part ii were to accomplish these purposes.

Space is available 24 hours a day at no charge to the local sheriff's office and used daily. Boy scouts, girl scouts, a senior citizens group, and many other groups use the building on a regular basis.
