To provide early learning services to the community while enabling low-income and single parent families the opportunity to earn a reasonable wage. Care is provided for children between the ages of six weeks and thirteen years.

Housing counseling services is provided to those who wish to improve their current conditions through home ownership opportunities. The program is certified by the U.S. Department of housing and urban development (hud) and the staff is trained by the pennsylvania housing finance agency (phfa).
