Historical Facilities and Grounds Preservation

Significant historical restoration and repairs of the historic barn's first floor including planning, architectural, and engineering drawings to create useable facilities. Planted significant number of trees on western side of property. Continuous on-going repairs of all historical buildings and addition of memorial park benches.

Art exhibitions. Historical presentations relating to the village and the grounds. Site of extracurricular activities for local schools. Site for varsity and club sports. Used for university student projects and department meetings. Events for local non-profits incl. Boy scouts, girl scouts, and rotary.

Community bike, running and polo events. Community recreation organization sponsored youth sports. Grounds open for hiking, picnics, family games and biking.
