Lowell Humane Society Animal Shelter

Since its inception in 1873, the lowell humane society (LHS), a 501(c)(3) humane association, has served the greater lowell area with the mission of preventing cruelty to animals. Our early work focused on investigations of cruelty complaints involving animals in cooperation with local police departments and concerned citizens.
