Thomas M. Mengler, J.D.
is the 13th president and second lay president of St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, serving from June 1, 2012 until his retirement in 2023.
He previously served as dean of the law school at University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) for 10 years and as dean of the University of Illinois College of Law.
