Dr. Steven R.
Cummings is an internationally renowned physician-researcher and Executive Director of the San Francisco Coordinating Center at Sutter Health, serving as professor emeritus of medicine, epidemiology, and biostatistics at UCSF. He is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and has published over 500 research articles, including landmark clinical trials that led to FDA approval of major osteoporosis treatments (Fosamax, Prolia, Evista).
He also directs the Sequoia Center for the Science of Aging at Sutter.
