Randolph Dennis Kennedy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the National Diversity Council, the first non-profit organization to bring together private, public, and non-profit sectors to discuss the dimensions and benefits of multicultural environments. He also serves as Chair of the Sports Diversity Council and created the Diversity First Fellow Program, a six-month curriculum designed to develop knowledgeable and impactful diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) leaders.
