Lydia Brimelow, née Sullivan, is the publisher of the white nationalist website VDARE.com and the president of the VDARE Foundation, an anti-immigration organization designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. A native of a Dallas, Texas suburb, she married VDARE founder Peter Brimelow in 2007 and became actively involved in the organization's business operations by 2008, assuming the presidency of the VDARE Foundation in 2020.
She has been instrumental in fundraising and managing VDARE-tied entities, including the purchase of the Berkeley Springs Castle in 2020, which serves as the organization's headquarters and event venue. Brimelow has publicly expressed views such as "diversity is weakness" and has been involved in legal disputes with the New York Attorney General regarding the foundation's financial practices.
She also serves on the board of the Bath Christmas Project and is a representative for the VDARE Foundation on the local chamber of commerce in Berkeley Springs.
