Dr. Katherine G.
Windsor is the 12th head of Miss Porter's School in Farmington, Connecticut, serving since 2008 and leading the 180-year-old institution to grow to 347 students representing 24 states and 31 countries. She holds a doctorate in organizational and educational leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and has shaped the school's mission to develop women as leaders.
