Charles Ingoglia, MSW, is President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Council for Mental Wellbeing (formerly National Council for Behavioral Health), the unifying voice of America's community mental health and addictions treatment organizations. Under his leadership, the council coordinates with more than 3,300 member organizations serving over 10 million adults and children living with mental illnesses and addictions.
Ingoglia has directed federal and state policy efforts, overseen training programs for more than 500,000 behavioral health professionals nationwide, and previously served in policy roles at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, National Mental Health Association, National Association of Social Workers, and Association of Ambulatory Behavioral Healthcare.
