Through our direct efforts and in partnership with other organizations, we were able to rescue a total of 582,000 lbs of food in 2020. Each day the Ft Collins Vindeket Foods Market was open we were able to serve an average of 375 people. (mouths fed) 2020 was full of challenges and successes.
