Access to Care
The Access to Care provides support to obtain medical care, facilitate access to programs and services to improve the health and wellbeing and promote healing practices. We provide financial assistance to cover the cost of factors that inhibit the person with a disability, or the family caregiver to receive the medical care they need.
Rehabilitation Counseling Program
During the Rehabilitation and Vocational Counseling, we assist individuals with disabilities identify reasonable accommodations to meet the requirements and needs to integrate to education and/or job placement and retention. This includes on the job training and supportive employment.
Respite Care for Family Caregivers
We provide support to family caregivers through home health for their care recipient, activities and/or workshops to improve their ability to care for themselves and their care recipient.
