The community living program offers a range of programs and services that benefit people of all ages. Serving more than 23,000 individuals in fiscal 2019, these programs include congregate and home delivered meals; 8 active lifestyle centers (senior centers); 2 adult day care centers providing respite care; in-home personal care…

Bay transit provides public transportation for all people of all ages. Across our 12-COUNTY service area we provided 143,106 rides in fiscal 2019. Riders utilized bay transit to access employment, healthcare, shopping, and numerous other consumer services.

Bay aging senior apartments, which are hud subsidized properties, provide safe, affordable housing and enriched supports to 366 occupants age 62 and older residing in 10 apartment communities located in the middle peninsula and northern neck.
