Laboratory Installation

Our senior scientists plan and coordinate field laboratory design staffing and the provision of instruments and supplies in order to build capacity for international partners in regions of high biodiversity.

Long-Term Training Programs

Participants in these programs commit 5-8 weeks to assisting senior scientists and veterinarians at a field station in the Peruvian Amazon. During this time they gain experience with data collection and analysis relating to a diverse array of flora and fauna.

Students in these 10-14 day courses learn a variety of field research and laboratory methodologies. Topics range from tropical biology and primatology to genomics and biodiversity monitoring.
