The Early Childhood Programs provide affordable child care for over 101 children at Ys Beginnings Pre-School in Suffern. The School Age Care Department operated before and after-school child care in 13 sites during the first three months of the year.
Healthy Living
The Aquatics Department provides a variety of programs including water exercise classes for older adults and those with disabilities, lifeguard training and swimming lessons. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- The YMCA operated the Childrens Center at the Family Court in New City, which served 122 children and 87 families between Januray and March 13th, 2020 when the Family Court was closed. The North Rockland Community Partnership Program, sponsored by a grant from the United Way, had a positive impact on 359 people.
