  • Marjorie D. Parker serves as the CEO and President of JobsFirstNYC. She has more than 25 years of experience overseeing adult and youth services initiatives and consulting for nonprofit organizations. She also serves as the current Board Chair of Reconnect NYC and a Board Member at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism, CUNY. Marjorie holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University, a master’s in public administration from New York University, a Certificate in Executive Education from the Senior Leaders Program at Columbia Business School, and a Certificate in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management from Harvard Business School.

  • Mark Dobosz is the founder of the Transformational Philanthropy Institute and Vice President of Philanthropy at Mozaic Senior Life.   • Matt serves as the CEO of the Steier Group. He joined the firm in 2008, after working in the legal profession for more than 15 years. After spending seven years leading capital campaigns for faith-based organizations across the country, Matt joined the firm’s management team – first, as a project supervisor, then as President and most recently as CEO. Matt provides oversight for all the Steier Group’s campaigns and leads the firm’s client development efforts. Matt resides in Omaha, Nebraska, with his wife, Liz, and their three children.

Always curious about industry best practices, Megan has written for publications such as Nonprofit Quarterly, serves on the board for the Giving USA Foundation, and chairs the Giving USA Editorial Review Board.

    Prior to joining Benefactor Group, Megan served as an editor at a publishing house, as well as worked in financial services. Megan graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University, where she was an Eminence Fellow and a member of the honor society Phi Beta Kappa.

    Michelle began her career at the Michael J. Fox Foundation, where she helped raise over $6 million annually. Since then, she has led development and stewardship initiatives for organizations including buildOn, One Love Foundation, Americares, Second Wind Fund, and Rise Against Suicide.

    She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from The New School University.

  • Nate is the Executive Director of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels in Lafayette, CO. Prior to his position at CCMOW, Nate served as the Director of Programs at The Colorado Nonprofit Association. Nate has also spent time supporting AmeriCorps programming with City Year Denver and building and creating family and youth programs in Jefferson County Public Schools. A graduate of Impact Denver and a holder of numerous board seats, Nate is deeply invested in his community and believes that public service is the path of least resistance in changing the world. Coal Creek Meals on Wheels serves the Lafayette, Louisville, Erie, and Superior regions. Coal Creek Meals on Wheels was established as East Boulder County Meals on Wheels in 1972, and rebranded to CCMW in 2012.
