The Outdoor Equity Alliance was created to change who has access to nature, who benefits from environmental investment, and who is seen as belonging in conservation leadership. Based in Trenton, New Jersey, we became an independent 501(c)(3) in 2023 and began building a community-led, data-driven model that connects conservation, education, paid workforce development, and neighborhood stewardship.
