Training
IncDev conducts training workshops at beginner and advanced levels throughout the country. In 2020, we conducted 11 events training over 600 people. Attendees come from private, non-profit, and public sectors to learn how small real estate projects work and how cities can better support and allow these projects.

IncDev conducts in-depth coaching in cities, usually partnering with non-profits, foundations, or government agencies. This work looks holistically at the financial, zoning, building code issues in communities and calibrating them to be supportive of small real estate projects of 1-3 stories that fit with neighborhood scale common in…
Speaking and Conferences
IncDev gives educational lectures and holds small meetingsto discuss small real estate development issues. In 2019, we spoke at 20 lectures andconferences reaching over 2,000 people. In 2020, speaking and conferences were on hold due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
