Pattern operates the Pattern Workshop, an office, showroom and workroom for individuals starting a business in a fashion design or related maker field like, leather work or embroidery. In addition, Pattern offers a 12 to 16 week internship program to college students and recent graduates in the spring, summer and fall.

Pattern hosts regular meetups via the www.meetup.com and www.eventbrite.com website with the purpose of growing, educating, and unifying an all-inclusive community of fashion lovers, students, professionals and enthusiasts.
