Summary of the Filing
Where the work happens
1 Personal mentoring is our largest program. On average, 825 mentoring meetings per year take place by Fahrenheit employees, voulunteers and independent contractors. Each mentored person is offered anywhere from 1-3 hours of time each mentoring meeting. There is no charge for mentoring meetings.
3 Mentoring partnerships are the third largest program service provided by Fahrenheit. Fahrenheit has business/church and financial partners. Business/church partnerships are like minded entities who adhere to the biblical mentoring principles of Fahrenheit.
2 Mentoring training is our organizations second largest program service reaching 320 people. Mentors received ongoing training during the year by Fahrenheit employees or Independent Contractors. In addition, over 4,500 people per month received mentor training through social media posts, weekly emails and weekly podcasts.
