In partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, Sickle Cell 101 is a co-investigator on the CARISMA study funded by a grant. The aim of this study is to provide information through digital platforms to those living with sickle cell disease to better manage pain, while providing information on disease management.
The organization work to provide the leaders and advocates of the global sickle cell community with education, training, outreach and engagement, by providing unified platforms as we identify and tackle patient-identified knowledge gaps and priorities.
