Spring Forward summer enrichment camps are held in June and July at elementary and junior high schools in the Rock Island-Milan, Moline-Coal Valley, East Moline and Bettendorf School Districts. Camps are designed to help children avoid the "summer slide" that occurs while they are out of school.
