Community Ownership
Immigrant Justice: TRP's legal clinic provides high-quality immigration legal services aimed at protecting Illinois immigrant families. In 2024, TRP helped newly arrived immigrants submit 9,600 applications for work authorizations and provided free legal screenings to 1,276 immigrants.
Stewardship of Community Assets
Affordable Housing: TRP develops and preserves high-quality affordable housing for renters and buyers across Southwest Chicago. TRP is currently developing 98 units of affordable rental housing in Pilsen through its newest development, Casa Yucatan.
Community Wealth Building
Economic Mobility: TRP's Full Circle Homes program increases opportunities for residents to reduce debt, build credit, and build and maintain wealth through affordable homeownership. The program includes financial education and coaching, affordable lending products, and accessible realty services.
