BPSS provides financial services for the disabled. Funds are collected and distributed on the individuals behalf to secure food, shelter, clothing and personal funds. The agency has 800 clients managed by a staff of 2 ftes. The client fee is $52 per month.

BPSS has maintained permanent housing for 100% of clients. The populations served are the most needy of the needy and stable housing is a critical element in keeping them safe. BPSS has had no known cases where a client was without food or utilities during the time they were clients of the agency.
