Improve the living conditions of military and public safety veterans and/or their spouses who are in need of assistance in maintaining their homes. House of Heroes - Chattahoochee Valley Chapter dedicated staff members reviewed 54 new applications and conducted on-sight assessments of work needed for each home.

Encourage leadership and service, team building and volunteerism. House of Heroes-Chattahoochee Valley Chapter provides team building with the added reward of public service. We again invited former project leaders to an appreciation luncheon and opportunity to pick 2024 projects.

Recognize and honor veterans and their spouses who have faithfully and sacrificially served their country. 18 homeowner veterans who received assistance were honored during 2024. Homeowners and volunteers gathered together at the end of the workday to celebrate with a flag ceremony.
