an educational facility, operated as a public space open to all, demonstrating neighborhood and community scale sustainable food,garden, and livestock systems managed in an integrated way. 11,100 lbs of produce from .9 acres including cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, carrots, garlic onions, leeks herbs, and celery.
