The MT. Lebanon aqua club (mlac) a competitive swim team in western pennsylvania for over 50 years, our coaching staff has offered unparalleled instruction to swimmers of all ages and abilities from nationally and internationally ranked swimmers to children who have mastered basic swimming skills and are ready for a greater challenge.
