Goodwill industries of the columbia operates donation-based thrift stores that support facility-based vocational job training services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Goodwill provides individualized job training services to persons with significant disabilities in our retail stores. Individuals served in the retail stores may graduate to community employment services.
