In the Indiana program, Real Alternatives acts as the statewide administrator for the Indiana Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program funded by the Indiana State Department of Health(IDOH). During the fiscal year of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, state and U.S.

When Pennsylvania Governor Shapiro did not renew the PA Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services Program, Real Alternatives began a Privately-Funded PA Program to empower women with pregnancy and parenting support. The start-up of this privately-funded PA program began in January 2024 following a fundraising campaign.
