Trauma Informed Yoga Instruction (tiyi)

We offer yoga teachers, educators, mental health professionals, and clinicians a 17-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga training program. We focus on accessible, practical tools for inclusive, resilience-building approaches to yoga as well as the intersection of yoga and social justice work.

Yoga Classes Behind Bars (ybbc)

In 2020, we offered an average of 34 classes (17 taught by YBB teachers living behind bars) in 12 facilities until March and then adapting to Department of Corrections limits related to the COVID pandemic, reduced to an average of 14 classes per week (12 taught by YBB teachers living behind bars) in 7 facilities.
