Where the work happens
Dawn's community advocacy program includes individual case management, legal advocacy, mobile advocacy, education and outreach, and 24 hours crisis line. We provided 10,553 case management service hours, served 1,733 clients in the community advocacy program, provided 125 with support groups, and answered 4,653 crisis calls.
Dawn's confidential domestic violence emergency shelter provided 5,802 bednights to 66 clients.
Dawn's prevention advocate program is designed to provide therapy to survivors of domestic violence at no charge to our clients. Our goal is to provide consultation and counseling services for survivors dealing with issues of trauma and domestic violence.
